Rough Cut Feedback

Our fellow class members watched our initial rough cut and gave us some feedback.

Feedback 1
Camera work:
- Good close up shot
- Little bit jerky - not majorly

Mise en scene:
- Guitar links to music - but out of time
- Location isn't too good - perhaps
- Fade around the edge/alter colours
- Costume is good - colours work well

Editing:
- The zoom out in unnecessary
- Close up on eye is good - fits with song

- Maybe add few shots of other things in between while strumming guitar - goes on for quite a long time
- Lyrics links with visuals - good
- Very nice all together though

Feedback 2
- Couldn't see past 10 seconds
- Opening shot when camera zooms out from guitar shot 1 to guitar shot 2, perhaps either make a quick jump between shot 1/2 or slow it down completely. Looks too jumpy. A quick cut may neaten it up
- Eye shots steady and clear
- When playing guitar at start, it's not in time with the music playing guitar
- Camera work is steady
- Mise en scene - Simplistic using the guitar, not much else but effective
- Camera work - Steady, more diverse shots needed?

- Good shot of guitar
- Like the blinking of eyes
- Good close up but slight reflection in eye
- Good use of visuals and lyrics
