Part 5 In Editing Music Video

In this lesson of editing we started to add more footage on to our music video; we decided that we would do the editing parts of the music till the very end that way we would not waste anymore time trying to work out what to use as in our music video we are looking for consistency.

Jemma and I began uploading the correct footage on to final cut and this was a success as we managed to get about a minute's worth of the music video complete. Once we had done that we had discovered that some of our footage was out of sync with the song for our music video as we spend about 30 minutes to modify our footage to the right speed/tempo of the song.

After we had finished modifying the footage we had created we could not play our music video because we had made changes to the original copy and this is when we found out that we had to render our music video so the changes could take place. This happened to be a reoccurring thing throughout our hour rendering the footage and that took around 2 to 3 minutes sometimes even longer.
